Dental Insurance

The team at Boise Bench Dentistry is happy to assist you with your benefit plan!

We realize that insurance can be tricky and confusing.  Your insurance, or dental plan, is a contract between your employer (or you) and a dental insurance company.  Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract negotiated between your employer and the insurance company.   

As your dental provider, we can only estimate what your benefits will be, but we gladly bill them directly to help our patients receive the benefits they are entitled to.  These benefits may, or may not, cover your specific dental requirements for a complete result.  Dr. Jill Shelton Wagers will go over what treatment options are best for you!  Our front office team will go over your benefits and payment options.  Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred.

 Financial Policy

In an ongoing effort to provide quality dentistry at an affordable cost to our patients, we ask that services be paid for at the time of service.  For those who have dental insurance benefits plans, we ask that the estimated portion not covered by the insurance plan be paid at that time.   

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Master Card, Visa and American Express.  Please ask us about Care Credit health care financing if you need additional help with payment as financing options are available for extensive treatment plans.
