Staff greeted me when I got there ( 5 minutes late) and they were happy/ cheerful and didn’t seem upset, which is wonderful. I am a long-time patient with JW, as is my spouse. I much prefer the care here. Wait this time between hygienist and dentist was longer than usual (which is immediate) but that happens occasionally in dentist offices.

Had pain in molar and was able to get in that day. A broken crown was discovered. It wa ground down enough to reduce pain. And was able to set up 2 appointmen's to address removal, temp crown install and permanent crown.

After seeing the same Dentist for 22 years back in Dallas, I was apprehensive on finding a new dentist here in Boise. After 3 years of homework, I finally went with Boise Bench Dentistry. First visit was this past week and it was totally comfortable. Very professional and pleasant staff. Dr, Bolinske was awesome. Office settings was modern and state of the art. Very satisfied with this Practice.

My appointments are usually with Julie, the dental hygienist. Julie is outstanding in her profession! I am so grateful to be able to see her. This year after Julie took x-rays Dr.Jill found a cracked root on one of my upper bicuspids. Not what you want to hear! Dr Jill recommended a dental implant, the tooth would have to be removed. I was disappointed but knew she was right. I was a practicing dental hygienist for 25years. Dr Jill is very trustworthy because she actually cares about her people. I've had my implant for 6 months and I am very pleased with all the work it took to give me another tooth! All the staff members make you feel welcome.

Julie ??s Julie & Dr. Jill!!! ?? I will be the first to admit I am a difficult ?? patient. I can have a lot of extra pain with cleanings and dental procedures. They both go out of their way to make sure that I am comfortable & experience no pain!! Julie does a topical numbing job on my difficult spots 1st (& God bless her, she remembers where they are - AMAZING!). This insures that she can do a thorough and complete job...and she take her time with me! You can tell that Dr. Jill has set the tone for the whole office, The results are a team which display competence, & equally important, a comfortable, caring and family like setting. She also works hard to give her patients a pain free experience & the best outcome...she is not happy until I am happy! Plus I'm offered a pillow, blanket and have even had her give my aching jaw a massage! What more could I possibly want? A little comfort from her sweet pooch lol? Got it! ???????????????

When I started here, it had been several years since I had seen a dentist. My teeth and gums were sensitive. Two years plus later, my gums are healthy and my last cleaning was a breeze. No pain. They have several techniques, procedures that helped me overcome a dentist phobia. Staff is very nice and accommodating.
Lorena did a thorough but pain-free cleaning with root canal to be done later this week. She's just excellent.

Lorena did an outstanding job with my situation. Somehow she managed a very difficult cleaning and I have no pain. I was expecting to need to take some pain medication and I did not experience any pain or sensitivity. I am extremely happy with Lorena and all of the staff at Boise Bench Family Dentistry.

I have been a patient at this office since 1979 when Dr Kriz was the dentist, going on 40 years. I have watched my children go through this dentist office over the years and all have learned great oral hygiene because of the great staff here. I was there just this week and had my bi-annual cleaning by Lorena and a filling completed by Dr Leslie Wagner that I wasn't expecting. But that just shows that this team are on top of this business and give great quality care to their patients. I give them 5 stars for a great experience and would highly recommend them.
